PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

Prices stated during the purchase process are in Euro and include VAT and service costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Transport costs are not included in the prices of products and services. It shall be charged separately. The applicable VAT type shall be the valid VAT type in Ireland. ***

NATURHOUSE reserves the right to change the sales prices at any moment. However, purchased products and services shall always be invoiced (unless there is a manifest error in the price in the web shop) at the prices stated in the order confirmation email. These are the applicable prices at the moment of purchase.

You may only pay your online order with a debit or credit card (VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Bancontact, PayPal (to be confirmed).

The customer guarantees that they are authorised to make online payments with one of the payment methods mentioned above and that they have enough funds in the bank account linked to said payment method.

DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES

The delivery will be carried out by An Post . Home delivery of orders made online at NATURHOUSE within Ireland will carry a cost of €5.99. Purchases that exceed €50 will have no delivery charge.

Your order will be delivered between 1 and 5 working days following receipt of the order confirmation email. You may track your order status using the tracking number we include in your order confirmation email.

DELIVERY LIMITATIONS

When an order is made, it will be delivered to an address chosen by the purchaser, provided that this delivery address complies with the delivery restrictions indicated on this website.

This website currently operates and sells only in Republic of Ireland. Hereinafter, this geographic area will be referred to as “the Region”. Therefore, products may be delivered and distributed only in the Region. Use of this website and purchases made on this website are understood to have taken place in Ireland, as such they are subject to the applicable laws and regulations. NATURHOUSE will neither accept nor deliver orders outside the aforementioned Region.

All purchases on this website are made in compliance with a delivery contract.

RETURNS

NATURHOUSE can accept product returns only in the event that the product has not been opened and within 14 days of the date of receipt. Returns will not be accepted after this period

If you would like to return an item for any reason, first contact us in writing using the means outlined in the “How to contact us” section on the “Legal Notice” page. You will be asked to provide the order number you received when making the order on the website. Once we have determined that your goods can be returned, we will send you a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions about how to complete the process.

All refunds will be made via the same payment method as was used for the original purchase. The refund may not appear in your account until two invoicing cycles have passed.
