RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS AND CONFLICTS

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Naturhouse agree to arbitrate any dispute or claim that may arise from or be related to, in any way, this agreement, including but not limited to claims based on contract, tort, negligence, legal or regulatory provisions. BOTH PARTIES WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO DEMAND A TRIAL AND TO HAVE ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM OR CONFLICT HEARD BEFORE A JUDGE OR JURY.

YOU AND NATURHOUSE EXPRESSLY AGREE TO ARBITRATE ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM OR CONFLICT THAT MAY ARISE FROM OR BE RELATED TO, IN ANY WAY, THIS AGREEMENT. THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT ALSO APPLIES TO THRESHOLD ARBITRATION ISSUES, INCLUDING ISSUES RELATED TO THE AGREEMENT, WHETHER OR NOT THEY ARE INADMISSIBLE OR ILLEGAL, AND TO ANY DEFENCE FOR THE ARBITRATION. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT ARBITRATION MAY ONLY BE BROUGHT IN YOUR OR OUR INDIVIDUAL CAPABILITIES, NOT AS A COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The mutual agreement between you and Naturhouse to arbitrate any and all disputes, and to do so on an individual basis, rather than taking it to court or any other legal body, provides the mutual consideration for this arbitration agreement.

Either party may exercise the right to arbitrate by providing the other party with written notice of any and all claims forming the basis of this right, and ensuring there is sufficient detail to inform the other party of the content of these claims. In no event shall the arbitration request be made after the date on which the applicable statute of limitations would prohibit instituting legal or equitable proceedings based on these claims.

Unless you and Naturhouse agree otherwise, the arbitration shall be carried out in the country where you reside by one neutral arbitrator and in accordance with the current rules for resolving disputes. Both parties have the right to be represented by a lawyer or other representative of their choosing. Both parties agree to comply with and carry out any ruling issued by the arbitrator. The arbitrator shall issue a written ruling, which will indicate the essential findings and conclusions on which the ruling is based. The sentence of the ruling may be brought before any court that has jurisdiction thereof.
