What are the healthiest carbohydrates?

Carbohydrates are biomolecules that have structural and energetic functions. They can be found isolated or associated with other biomolecules such as proteins and lipids. Wholemeal pasta

Whole wheat pasta contains all the nutritional parts of the original grain, making it a valuable source of B vitamins, iron, protein, and fiber. Its glycemic index is low, which promotes long-lasting energy and appetite control. You have to choose pasta labeled as 100% whole grain or whole grain pasta such as wheat, spelled, or brown rice as its main ingredients.
